Dr. Dong Lin is a Project Scientist in the High Altitude Observatory of the National Center for Atmospheric Research specializing in magnetosphere-ionosphere coupling and space plasma instabilities. His research work includes understanding the driving and feedback mechanisms during the interactions between the solar wind, magnetosphere, ionosphere-thermosphere and atmosphere.
