Hongyang Luo is an ASP Postdoctoral Fellow at NSF NCAR’s High Altitude Observatory. His research combines large-scale magnetohydrodynamic simulations with numerical method development to study how emerging magnetic fields shape the solar corona, form prominences, and lead to solar eruptions.
